In this documentation the\nterms \u2018our\u2019, \u2018the company\u2019,\u2019 we\u2019, \u2018us\u2019 refer to IT ACADEMY and the terms \u2018you\u2019,\n\u2018your\u2019, \u2018student\u2019, \u2018member\u2019, \u2018client\u2019, \u2019customer\u2019 refer to a company or\nindividual who may consider or who has entered into a contractual agreement\nwith IT ACADEMY.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The content of the website is subject\nto change without notice. IT ACADEMY reserves the right to modify, add or\ndelete any Terms and Conditions mentioned here without any prior notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These Terms and Conditions shall apply\nto all training carried out in the provision of services by IT ACADEMY to the\ncustomer in accordance with any order confirmation accepted by the customer. No\nadditions to, or modifications of, these Terms and Conditions shall have effect\nunless expressly agreed in writing by both parties and stated to be amendments\nto these Terms and Conditions. IT ACADEMY&nbsp; employees or agents are not\nauthorised to make any representations whatsoever concerning the provision of\nservices unless confirmed by IT ACADEMY&nbsp; in writing. The customer accepts\nthat it does not rely on, and waives any breach of, any such representations\nthat are not confirmed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ESSENTIALS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Read the Terms and Conditions\navailable before enrolling onto any course.<\/li><li>No specific pre-requisites and\neligibility criteria are mentioned by us for enrolment onto any course by us.\nIt is the responsibility of the student to ensure themselves of any\npre-requisites, eligibility criteria and of the usefulness to them of the\ncourse.<\/li><li>We reserve the right to cancel the\nmembership of any student in case of misconduct\/misbehaviour as decided by the\npolicies and standards of IT ACADEMY.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ACCESS TO RESOURCES <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By providing enough information\nthrough the registration form and after completing other necessary formalities,\nyou will become a member of IT ACADEMY and will be given access to the various\nservices offered by us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once you select the course and fix\nyour schedule for the class, the billing process starts. You will be billed as\nper the course selected by you. In accord with our payment policies described\nbelow, the full amount should be paid. You will be allotted classes only after\nmaking the necessary payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SCHEDULE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enrolment onto any course should be\ndone after carefully going through the schedule available on our website. The\ncourses given in the list may not be available at particular times. We reserve\nthe right to change the course schedule without prior notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ACCEPTANCE OF ORDER<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Bookings\ncan be accepted at any time up to the course start date, subject to\navailability.<\/li><li>A\nvalid form of payment must be received from the Customer in order to reserve a\nplace.<\/li><li>Bookings\ncan be made by online, by phone or email. &nbsp;<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SUBSTITUTIONS, RESCHEDULING and\nCANCELLATIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>It\nis the customer&#8217;s responsibility, having referred to relevant IT ACADEMY&nbsp;\ncourse information, or consultation with IT ACADEMY training representative, to\nensure the course is suitable for their requirements<\/li><li>In\nall circumstances IT ACADEMY&nbsp; require written notification of any\ncancellations.<\/li><li>Any\ncancellations after the course start date will incur a 100% cancellation\ncharge.<\/li><li>If\na student fails to maintain their schedule to complete the course no refund\nwill be given.<\/li><li>IT\nACADEMY&nbsp;undertakes to provide the training course on the date specified\nexcept when external circumstances prevent this. In these circumstances IT\nACADEMY&nbsp;will endeavour to re run the course on a mutually agreeable basis.<\/li><li>IT\nACADEMY&nbsp; takes no responsibility for loss of profit and\/or for any\nincidental, consequential special or indirect losses as a consequence of\nexceptional cancellations.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SUB-CONTRACTING<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>IT ACADEMY&nbsp; reserves the right to\nassign or sub contract its training courses to other appointed and approved\npersonnel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>PRICING AND PAYMENT TERMS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>All\ncourse fees are fixed and published by IT ACADEMY, however IT ACADEMY&nbsp;reserves\nthe right to review and change prices.<\/li><li>The\ncourse fee (training cost) includes tuition, training materials and computer\ntime as appropriate to the course. The course fee (training cost) does not\ninclude any Assessment and Certification costs.<\/li><li>The\nclient agrees to pay for any loss or extra cost incurred by IT ACADEMY as a\nconsequence of the client&#8217;s instructions or through failure in taking delivery\non the part of the client.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>COURSE CONTENT<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our course listing is provided for\ninformation purposes only and does not constitute an offer for a particular course\nor programme. IT ACADEMY&nbsp;constantly strives to improve the content of its\ncourses and therefore reserves the right to modify the specification of a\ncourse without notice to the customer. A course title, duration, cost, content\nand location are thus liable to change at any time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>\n<strong>CUSTOMER SUITABILITY<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>It\nis the customer&#8217;s responsibility to ensure that the course is suitable for\ntheir requirements.
